Board Member
Seeni Shahjahan is Chief Executive Officer of ICE Information Technology. Company was founded in 2014. He has successful completed multiple transformation project in this region. Prior to joining ICE Infotec, He was a VP of leading bank in UAE managing 6 Entities in the middle east. He brings with him 25+ years of IT experience in technology architecture, strategy, simplifying customer landscape, delivering new and innovative user experiences.
Mr. Jamal Al Nuaimi
Board Member
Board member and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member. Mr. Jamal Al Nuaimi is a Board Member of Arabtec Holding PJSC and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member since June 2016. Mr. Al Nuaimi has more than 22 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Transportation sector. He held several managerial positions including a General Manager at Etisalat since 2008 till now, Operations Supervisor, Operations Officer and Operations Security Officer at Amiri Flight for the period from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Al Nuaimi holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from UAE University and a Bachelor degree of Aviation Management from Metropolitan State College in Denver Colorado, USA.
